Q. Can our dietary restrictions be accommodated?
A. Non meat eaters and those with food allergies or other limitations can usually be accommodated. Our receptionist will discuss the specifics with you by phone (only) when you arrive.

Q. Can we be picked up and dropped off at our hotel?
A. If our vehicle is available, you can arrange this by phone (only) the day before your class.

Q. Where is SITCA and how far is that from my hotel?
A. You can use the Google Map on the Contact page to find out. We are located at South Chaweng Beach just a short walk from the Centara Beach resort.

Q. How much food do we make in the daily cooking class?
A. Each person makes a hand made curry paste and then a full serving of three dishes. That’s a lot. We suggest you keep breakfast or lunch light on that day.

Q. How long is class and when should my guest(s) arrive?
A. Depending on the number of participants, class will be 2 1/2 to 3 hours long. The meal follows immediately.

Q. Do you organize trips to the market?
A. Due to time and transport constraints we don’t take you to the local market. But the fresh produce used in Thai cooking is displayed in its whole form before each class. We also discuss how Thai herbs are used in cooking, and their medicinal benefits.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Through the Paypal gateway in our site you can prepay for your class with a Paypal account or major credit card.

Q. Can we make a booking for a friend as a gift?
A. Yes, simply email them the payment voucher and have them present it when they come.

Q. Can my partner watch while I cook?
A. Please make a booking for anyone who will be in the teaching area during class.

Q. Can my children participate?
